Business visa requirements

Very important: Non passport holders of the People's Republic of China must submit relevant documents to prove their legal right of residence/stay in countries with diplomatic missions in China or Nigeria.

1. Passport. A valid passport (with at least 6 months of validity remaining at the time of departure), or other valid travel documents. There must be a blank facing page. Non passport holders of the People's Republic of China must submit a long-term residence permit with a validity period of at least 3 months. Otherwise, you need to return to your home country to apply for a visa.

2. Invitation Letter. The original invitation letter from Nigeria is addressed to the Nigerian Embassy in Beijing. The invitation letter needs to be issued with the corresponding organization or company's letterhead, indicating the full name and date of the inviter, the name and passport number of the applicant, and must indicate that the inviter or inviting company accepts all immigration responsibilities of the applicant.

3. Certificate of Incorporation/Business Permit. The business license or operating permit of the Nigerian inviting party's company

4. Inviter's Passport Datapage Copy. A copy of the inviter's passport, valid for at least 6 months. If the inviter is not Nigerian, a Nigerian green card, valid for at least 3 months, is also required.

5. Approval Letter/Dispatching Letter. The original dispatch letter from the applicant's employer in China, with signature and date, with the corresponding company letterhead and company seal, is addressed to the Nigerian Embassy in Beijing, indicating the applicant's current immigration and employment situation. Employers should also indicate that they are aware of the employee's itinerary to Nigeria.

6. Bank Statement. The original bank statement of the Chinese dispatched company for the past three months, stamped with the bank seal, must be submitted with proof of sufficient funds

7. Passport Datapage Copy. A valid passport (with at least 6 months of validity remaining at the time of departure), or other valid travel documents

8. Recent Photo. Passport photo

9. Online Payment. One online payment voucher. Please ignore the interview date.

10. Visa Application Form. A complete paper version of the online visa application form. Online application website: www.innovate1services.com

11. Air Ticket Booking, English version of round-trip ticket booking

12. Hotel Reservation (English version of round-trip flight reservation)

13. Original Non criminal Report and translated copy. Original and translated copies of criminal record certificate

Note: Applications without all necessary documents attached will not be accepted by the Nigerian Embassy. Multiple permits or visas are issued at the discretion of the visa officer.
